Project Manager - MEP (Data Centres)

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an ambitious MEP Project Manager to join their vibrant Real Estate team in London. In this role, you will work on high-profile data centre projects, leading from a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) perspective. You will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead MEP project management commissions, from initiation to completion, ensuring client objectives are met.
  2. Establish and manage project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating communication between stakeholders.
  4. Oversee project finances, monitoring budgets and advising on cost control.
  5. Manage project changes and maintain clear communication with clients.
  6. Identify opportunities for business growth and assist with marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant field (preferred).
  2. Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience, ideally within the data centres or digital infrastructure environment.
  3. Professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from conception to post-completion review.
  5. In-depth knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and concepts.
