Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Reinsurance Client Service Advocate to join our expanding team at Lockton, Inc. This role will involve processing multi-disciplined technical tasks, including premium, pro rata, and excess of loss claims, as well as covering all classes of business.

The ideal candidate will have a good level of relevant reinsurance market experience, with the ability to evidence experience in processing risk types, such as proportional, excess of loss premiums, and claims. Additionally, experience with IBA functions, Salesforce, and Open TWINS is advantageous.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, insurers, and associates. You will also communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to ensure client satisfaction.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
