Job Description

Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Surveyor to join their team in a Public Sector organization based in Greater Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working in a local authority setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual inspections and prescribed electrical tests on electrical installations to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Examine electrical installations and identify any dangerous parts requiring immediate attention.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the condition of electrical installations, including recommendations for compliance and validation.
  • Maintain a safe system of working and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Requirements:
  • HND Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in producing Building Services Electrical Drawings.
  • Clear understanding of engineering systems in buildings, their operation, and energy consumption.
  • Extensive experience in the design of Building Services for Schools and Public Buildings.
What We Offer:

Service Care Solutions offers a competitive hourly rate of £23 per hour (Umbrella Ltd) and a supportive work environment.
