Mortgage Advisor for New Build Properties

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Consegna Talent. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for helping customers arrange the best possible mortgage for their new build property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with developers to complete mortgage applications efficiently
  • Ensure appointments are attended promptly after being booked by mortgage qualifiers
  • Opportunity to complete protection or refer to the dedicated protection team

Requirements:

  • Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisor (large panel advisors considered)
  • 1-2 years experience working as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Clean Driver's License & have a car
  • Clean credit file
  • Experience in advising on New Build Mortgages is preferable
  • Good communicator

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full CeMAP
