Whether it's minor car park damage or a road traffic accident, our 103 repair centres provide a range of services that use modern repair methods to put your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition, ensuring we repair every vehicle with utmost pride and care.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer/Technician for our Accident Repair/Bodyshop in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on super luxury vehicles, using your technical skills and experience to deliver high-quality paintwork. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Running our spray booth efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensuring that each vehicle has been thoroughly masked and prepared to the required standard before painting.
  • Mixing and matching colours to achieve precise matches.
  • Inspecting painted jobs to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Delivering high-volume repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards.

If you have a strong background in automotive refinishing, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will hold ATA or Level 3 qualifications in Paint, although time-served painters may also be considered.

This role requires someone who can:

  • Effectively plan their workload to meet deadlines.
  • Work safely and efficiently under pressure.
  • Adhere to manufacturer specifications when carrying out work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues as part of a close-knit team while working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their approach.
  • Achieve consistently high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Maintain adherence to our Health and Safety guidelines, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping work areas clean and tidy.
