Job Title: MIG Welder

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MIG welder to join our team at Shorterm Group. As a MIG welder, you will be responsible for welding assemblies to a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow technical drawings and specification sheets
- MIG weld to a high standard
- Maintain production area housekeeping
- Minimize waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently

Requirements:
- Hands on manufacturing experience ideally in commercial vehicle bodywork or trailer manufacturing
- High quality assembly experience of specified materials such as MIG welding, mild steel, 3mm - 20mm
- Ability to ensure production target output and quality is maintained
