Job Overview:

The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial services to the Accounts and Cash Management team at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP. This role is ideal for an organized individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare first drafts of trustee reports, updating them as necessary in collaboration with accountants.
  • Maintain accurate client data used in reports and accounts.
  • Run budget reports for accountants upon request.
  • Distribute signed accounts to HMRC as required and keep a work log up-to-date.
  • Manage various letter templates and draft letters as needed.
  • Take ownership of obtaining all year-end accounts information.
  • Support the cash management team by acquiring signatures when necessary for mandates.
  • Verify the accuracy of cash management checklists and logs.
  • Submit team expenses to the finance department.
  • Organize team events, room bookings, and department welcome slides.

  • Requirements:
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, enabling efficient use of advanced features for daily tasks and projects.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as life assurance, income protection, 26 days annual leave (pro-rata for part-time working), private medical insurance, discounted gym memberships, and digital GP services.
