About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Academic Quality Manager to join our team at London Business School. As a key member of our academic community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of academic quality and student experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Academic Quality Framework: Develop and implement the academic quality framework, ensuring compliance with internal governance, external regulations, and best practice.
  • Policy Development: Create and maintain documented policies, procedures, and templates for use by faculty, students, and staff.
  • Student Casework: Manage student casework, including investigating cases, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to ensure consistency of procedures and maintenance of academic standards.
  • Data Analysis: Provide data and analysis for reporting purposes, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancements to the academic quality framework.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing complaints and/or student casework.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in layman's terms.
  • Experience of using software related to own area of specialism to extract, analyze, and report on data.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive experience of working within a customer-services-oriented environment.
