We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Unqualified Nursery Practitioner in our Bromley Little Elms nursery. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with young children and contribute to their growth and development.
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to support our team in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. As an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the daily care and education of children, including activities and routines designed to promote their cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of engaging and challenging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Monitor and report on children's progress, sharing observations and insights with colleagues and parents.
- Ensure the nursery is maintained to a high standard of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- A genuine interest in working with young children and a passion for their learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate and the ability to undergo online safeguarding training.
