Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead the continuous improvement of clinical standards and services, and to upskill colleagues to support them in their aim of being a centre of clinical excellence. As Head Vet, you will be a key member of the surgery's management team, responsible for delivering outstanding care and coaching and inspiring your team to consistently deliver gold standard, evidence-based care.


Requirements

We are looking for someone with a high level of clinical expertise who is passionate about delivering outstanding care. You will need to be comfortable in a leadership role with the drive and passion to deliver against a strategic vision.


Working Arrangements

The required working pattern is 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends. No OOH but they do need their Head Vet to be on call if they have any overnight inpatients.
