About The Role:
The Commercial Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering high-quality residential projects. As part of our ongoing expansion, we seek an experienced professional to oversee commercial activities, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the development of commercial strategies and plans that align with our business objectives.
- To manage and control project budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, business administration).
- Proven experience in commercial management or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £85,000 - £90,000 per annum.
