HGV Driver Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 driver to join our team at APR LOGISTICS LTD. As a HGV driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive HGV vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver goods to customers
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Valid C+E Class 1 license with no more than six penalty points
  • Driver CPC card with no current suspension or revocation
  • Right to work in the UK
  • English language skills for safety
  • Willingness to undergo a Background Check and Drug and Alcohol test
