Job Title: Store Manager

Skechers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Manchester Trafford Centre. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills to achieve exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Brand Champion: Promote the Skechers brand and values to customers and team members.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service, inspire and lead an amazing customer experience through product and visual marketing excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Act as a people-focused leader, coaching and mentoring the store team to achieve their full potential.
  • Employee Development: Develop store employees' skills to drive sales to the fullest potential by expanding their product knowledge, setting customer service expectations, and demonstrating visual presentation standards.
  • Store Operations: Manage store scheduling needs, ensuring proper coverage for peak times, and act as a product expert and brand ambassador for all things Skechers.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining our Skechers store employees.
  • Operational Excellence: Model strong operational processes and routines to drive profitability and results, and act as the expert on all store systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, regularly sets clear expectations for their team.
  • Product Knowledge: Creates excitement and shows passion for Skechers products and the brand.
  • Flexibility: Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience: Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
