We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Global Freight Sales Professional to join our shipping client's team in Ireland.
About the CompanyOur client is a well-established organization specializing in sea freight consolidation services, including LCL consolidation, air freight, and road transportation. They offer a range of solutions to meet the diverse needs of their customers.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for selling air, road, and sea consolidation services to both neutral and direct clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing a sales plan strategy to meet monthly sales targets.
- Negotiating market freight rates for customers using internal tools.
- Conducting commercial visits to generate business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in freight forwarding sales.
- A valid driver's license and strong knowledge of the Irish road network.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary plus commission based on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
