Regional Service and Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Regional Service and Support Engineer to join our expanding Field Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support, service, and breakdown response to our installations throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support and service to our customers, including onsite technical support and servicing of lifts and other products.
* Conduct end-user training (operator level) to ensure customers are proficient in the use of our equipment.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and support.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements:

* Strong experience in field engineering positions, including installing and servicing bespoke lifts, integrated systems, and standard equipment.
* Knowledge and experience of installing and operating lifts in specialist material environments, such as food and pharmaceuticals.
* IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office and an understanding of drawings and specifications.
* Self-motivating personality with the ability to independently manage service territory, customer contact, and company information.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Ability to travel regionally and occasionally across the UK.
