Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and winning business from potential clients, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to join a highly successful and independent Sales and Lettings Agency. You will need to have a great track record in residential sales, with significant listing and valuations experience. You will be well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a high level of customer service skills and excellent sales ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and win business from potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Conduct property valuations and listings
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential sales
- Significant listing and valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability and customer service skills
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge and living close to the Molesey area essential
- Full driving license
