Quantum Surveying Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects across various sectors, including education and housing.
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work on diverse projects, manage relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues, and conduct individual study towards achieving chartered surveyor status.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme membership, private healthcare, and life insurance.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who aspire to be leaders in a construction consultancy environment. You will receive comprehensive training through our structured RICS APC programme, which includes self-study, mentorship, coaching, and regular assessments.
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
