Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting scheduled maintenance and repairs on a wide range of medical equipment. You will adhere to quality management systems and regulatory guidelines, collaborating with healthcare providers to address equipment issues and provide technical support.

  • Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment operation.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a solid foundation in biomedical engineering, ideally with an HNC/HND or equivalent qualification. Proven experience working with medical devices in a community setting is essential, along with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including MHRA and quality standards.

  • A bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
