About the Role

As a care assistant with Constance Care Limited, you will be working as part of a close-knit team to support vulnerable individuals in their own homes. This role requires you to be compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping and mealtimes.
  • Help clients to maintain a safe and supported living environment.
