We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our team at Richmond Villages Wood Norton. As a culinary artist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing nutritious and delicious meals tailored to their diverse dietary needs.
Key Responsibilities- Cater to residents across the village, preparing and cooking food in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
- Be aware of residents', villagers', and Wellness Spa clients' dietary needs, responding to their comments and requests in respect of the menu.
- Prepare and serve meals on the hotplate, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and compliant environment for our residents to dine in.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working area, ensuring all food is used within the prescribed period.
We are looking for someone with a passion for food, experience working in a professional kitchen, and an understanding of health and safety procedures. You will have an NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds and CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award or Equivalent. You will be open to new ideas, have an innovative yet organized approach to cooking, and remain calm during a busy service.
