Global Facade Director - Structural Engineering

Allen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Facade Director to lead our team of structural engineers in the design and implementation of facade systems for high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement facade design strategies that meet client requirements and company goals
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and analysis of facade systems, including thermal and structural calculations
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade design and technology
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and development
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in structural engineering and facade design
  • Strong knowledge of facade structural and thermal calculations, specifications, and performance requirements
  • Experience with FEA programs, including non-linear and thermal analysis
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
Preferred Skills:
  • ETABS, SAFE, STAADPRO, AutoCAD, Revit
  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) and computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
