Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at OneMedical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of long-term health conditions
  • Conduct venepuncture, blood pressure checks, ECGs, and other medical procedures
  • Deliver health promotion and education to patients and communities
  • Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed
  • Manage wounds and provide care for patients with long-term conditions such as diabetes and COPD
  • Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care and maximize practice income

Requirements:

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Degree in Nursing
  • Substantial experience as a Practice Nurse
  • Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Minimum of 1 Long Term Condition diploma
  • Knowledge of patients with long-term conditions and experience of Patient Group Directions (PGDs)
