We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team in the UK. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to children with unique challenges, including autism, ADHD, and behavioral issues.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Opportunity:

In this role, you will work closely with children, helping them understand instructions, and assisting in implementing individual learning and support plans. You will also support children during social activities and outings, and encourage communication and manage behaviour.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a child with complex needs
• Assist in implementing individual learning and support plans
• Support children during social activities and outings
• Encourage communication and manage behaviour

Requirements:

• Patient and understanding approach
• Ability to develop strong relationships with children
• Commitment to working as part of a team
