About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work in a purpose-built care home specializing in Elderly & Dementia Care.
The successful candidate will have a valid NMC pin and a strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, with experience in infection control, moving and handling, wound care, and drug administration.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident care and services provided.
