About the Role

This role involves creating and leading affiliate marketing activities for our clients, while developing and executing strategies that align with client objectives. The successful candidate will track and report performance based on relevant targets and KPIs, investigating and troubleshooting as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize multiple affiliate network platforms independently to ensure accurate delivery and reporting of client performance, troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions with support when necessary.
  • Analyze issues and opportunities in performance, working with the strategy and product teams to identify and implement recommended solutions.
  • Collaborate with the assistance of a Senior Account Manager to accurately manage budget management, including commission and spending levels across multiple clients. Assist the Senior Account Manager in developing relationships and maintaining strong communication with clients.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor KPIs and be able to answer the 'why' for performance.
  • Lead regular client calls to discuss performance and actions and build confident client relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the affiliate/partnership marketing space.
  • An organized and efficient approach to work, able to prioritize effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and projects.
  • A genuine interest in and knowledge of up-to-date affiliate marketing best practices.
  • A track record of analyzing performance issues and opportunities.
  • A strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
