Asbestos Consultant

Location – Warwickshire

Salary – £30,000 - £38,000

Established in 1995, Life Environmental Services Ltd is an independent national environmental consultancy with over 135 staff members covering the entire UK.

The company provides a comprehensive range of environmental consultancy services, including Asbestos Consultancy, Legionella Consultancy Services, and Fire Consultancy Services, catering to various sectors such as construction, local government, MOD, education, social housing, logistics, and manufacturing.

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Analyst to join our dynamic team.

You will have practical knowledge of carrying out analytical duties in accordance with HSG248 and other tasks at various types of properties.

You will be visiting clients' sites, performing visual checks, and recording relevant data.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress within our company.

• Quality Assurance checks of report accuracy
• Compliance with procedures in accordance with quality manual and current HSE Guidance
• Carrying out analytical duties in line with HSG248
• Basic air monitoring and 4-stage clearance experience
• Monthly QC slides and quarterly RICE slides

You will need to be self-disciplined, experienced, accountable, flexible, and have a positive proactive vision for growth both for the company and personally.

• Full UK Licence
• P403, P404
• At least 6 months qualified experience
• Clean record and able to pass a DBS check
