We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Arts Producer to join our team at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As an Arts Producer, you will play a key role in driving the planning, communications, implementation, and evaluation of creative activity across all programming strands.
Key Responsibilities- Produce creative engagement activity on Major Projects, Creative Health projects, and activity related to our Year of Dance program.
- Work closely with the interim joint Head of Arts to drive the planning, communications, implementation, and evaluation of creative activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with professional artists, cultural partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality arts programs.
- Manage budgets, monitor finances, and collect, analyze, and report data to evaluate and measure impact.
- Collaborate with the arts team to develop and implement a comprehensive arts strategy that aligns with the Trust's values and objectives.

Requirements- Arts/Humanities degree or equivalent.
- Experience in producing arts projects within community settings.
- Experience of managing professional artists, financial administration, and monitoring budgets.

- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
