Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at The Recruiter Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high net worth personal lines clients, ensuring timely renewal of policies and effective communication with clients.
- Negotiate alternative quotes with insurance companies to secure the best possible rates for clients.
- Act as a broking assistant to private client account executives, providing support with policy administration and client communication.
- Process and manage all documentation, invoices, and credit notes related to client policies, ensuring a smooth and efficient renewal process.
- Handle claims efficiently and within regulatory timescales, providing excellent customer service to clients.
- Foster strong relationships with insurance companies and third-party providers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Operate an effective credit control system, monitoring and reporting on client payments and debt.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, ongoing support, and proactive communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts to clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Insurance industry certifications, such as Cert CII or Dip CII, are highly desirable.
