Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in leading our catering team and delivering exceptional food experiences to our clients.

• Plan, organize, and direct the preparation and cooking of food to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Adopt a hands-on approach, taking responsibility for food production, employee dining, and pop-up events.
• Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and monitor costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and COSHH regulations.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef, with a track record of catering for large numbers and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead, develop, train, and inspire a large team.
• A 'can-do' attitude and a passion for innovation and quality.
