About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned operations expert to drive the development and implementation of effective operational processes and procedures. As Head of Wealth Management Operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality client service and administrative support, delivering exceptional results to our clients, advisers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to support business growth and client satisfaction
  • Manage and improve operational aspects of new business and client servicing, including onboarding, data integrity, and policy adherence
  • Drive engagement and performance with external service providers, including custodians, life companies, and SIPP/Bond providers
  • Lead projects and change management initiatives, providing subject matter expertise and evaluating new solutions
  • Recruit, train, and develop junior staff, ensuring a high-performing team
Requirements

We are seeking a confident and results-driven individual with a strong background in financial services operations. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements
  • Expert knowledge of Intelliflo Office and its features, capabilities, and best practices
  • First-class communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
