Technical Support Opportunity

Austin Fraser's client, a leader in Audio Visual Systems Integration, seeks a seasoned Senior AV Service Engineer to provide top-notch support and technical expertise. You will be part of a dynamic team that resolves complex technical challenges and ensures seamless system performance.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Investigate and troubleshoot high-complexity AV and video conferencing system problems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs of client-owned equipment
  • Specialized knowledge of Crestron/AMX control systems and ClearOne/SoundStructure audio conferencing solutions
  • Demonstrated networking capabilities for IP system integration
  • Professional communication of findings to clients and thorough documentation
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of experience in corporate AV support environments
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High-pressure problem-solving capacity
  • Deep technical knowledge and collaboration mindset
  • Might involve physical exertion when needed
