Your Role:

As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. Your key objectives will include:

  • Driving business growth and revenue through effective leadership and strategic planning
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Managing branch operations and resources to optimize efficiency and productivity

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced and ambitious individual with a proven track record in a managerial role within the real estate industry. You'll need to possess:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience, with a focus on delivering outstanding results
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record
