Company Overview:
This regionally focused, vibrant business combines building contracting and housing development delivery.

Job Summary:

As the Assistant QS on site, you will undertake commercial duties for the scheme, including procurement, measurements, agreeing payments, assisting with final accounts, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Previous experience in a Commercial Assistant/Trainee OR Assistant Quantity Surveying role
  2. Construction related experience - Any sector
  3. Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  4. A good understanding and general interest in construction
  5. A minimum HNC level qualification in Construction or related subject
  6. A desire to build on your experience and progress
  7. Fully IT literate
