About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Barback to join our East London team at Shoreditch House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the bartending teams in the efficient running of the bar
  • Ensure the bar is stocked with spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products needed throughout their shift
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers, and other bartending tools
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile hospitality venue (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness
  • A sense of urgency and a 'yes, yes, yes' mentality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing shifts
