Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our highly efficient and professional body shop team at our Accident Repair body shop in Ayr. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing, spraying, and finishing vehicles to meet the Company and customer's expected standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying. Stay updated with product developments and attend relevant training courses.
- Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks, before painting.
- Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, always prioritizing customer care and satisfaction. Roll Priming experience is advantageous.
- Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals. Report any health or vision deterioration to your manager promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
Requirements:
- Preferably with ATA but not mandatory. 3 years experience in vehicle paint spraying required.
