Support and Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Support and Development Professional to join our team at Randstad Education, located near Guildford.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about positively influencing the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a Support and Development Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will have a background in caregiving, teaching, or a keen interest in supporting individuals with autism. A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized support to clients with varying levels of ability
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
