We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals with a passion for working in Education as a Teaching Assistant to support students in the Cambridge area.

About the role

This bespoke opportunity allows Trainee Teaching Assistants to enter the education sector, providing high-quality training and paid on-the-job experience. Following a successful interview and pending suitability, safeguarding, and identity checks, we will secure a paid placement in a school to enhance your skill set.

Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive online training program delivered by Vision for Education, providing essential skills needed to work as a Teaching Assistant. The role starts as temporary but often leads to permanent positions within 18 weeks.

About the school

You will be working with primary schools in the Cambridge area focused on supporting students to reach their full potential. As an instrumental part in ensuring smooth school operations, you must demonstrate excellent communication skills and show interest in supporting the needs of all children.

The role varies from each school, initially requiring support in delivering quality learning and working with students on a 1:1 basis, small groups, and whole-class activities.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £85-£90 per day, dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirements include demonstrating an enthusiastic attitude to starting a career in education.
