About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Analyst to join our team. As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our ecommerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales, using data-driven insights and analytics tools.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance content, including descriptions, images, and other assets, to meet marketplace standards.
  • Liaise with customer service teams to resolve customer queries and claims.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and eBay for a retail or ecommerce brand.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon and eBay marketplaces, including SEO, PPC, content management, and performance optimisation.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
