Job Title: Automotive Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Trainer to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing relevant training material and delivering learning, coaching, and assessing apprentices in vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training to apprentices in vehicle maintenance
  • Prepare and develop training materials to support apprentices' learning
  • Coach and assess apprentices to ensure they meet the required standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum City & Guilds Part 3/NVQ L3 or Apprenticeship in Engineering Maintenance
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle inspection processes MEI/MOT

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/ Education & Training

About the Role:
