Aster Group - Domestic Assistant Position

The Aster Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at Compton Lodge Care Home. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the Home, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Tidying and cleaning residents' rooms and bathrooms, as well as offices and communal areas.
  
• Completing laundry duties and maintaining all cleaning equipment.
  
• Reporting any faulty equipment, defects, or hazards in the Home to your line manager.
  

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work additional shifts for an enhanced rate of pay and receive double time for all bank holidays.
