About the Role

As a Space Manager of XLFCs at Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10, you will be responsible for streamlining and elevating space as a program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse data and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in current operations
  • Establish frameworks to ensure balance between quality, speed, cost and other factors are optimised
  • Share ideas with colleagues and leadership on how processes can be improved
  • Regular reviews of process efficiencies, offering data-led solutions for changes that will see long-term improvements
A Day in the Life

You will focus on business objectives, improving efficiency and increasing reliability. You will find creative ways to make these happen and be part of a team driving major projects to standardise processes and improve operations.

About the Team

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) looks after heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. We manage the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. What sets this service apart is the extra level of customer care. Not only do we deliver large items, but we unpack, assemble and install them, and take away old items where needed.

We have ambitious plans to expand our specialist fulfilment centres and delivery stations across the UK and Europe. Our team is made up of people across operations, supply chain, business intelligence and programme management, and everyone plays a crucial role in growing this part of the business.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 offers a range of benefits, including competitive pensions, health insurance, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics or a technical field
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Experience in Space and/or Capacity Management field
