Location: High Wycombe
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance/ Car
The SHEF Manager will support operations with guidance and solutions to ensure work activities of employees and their subcontractors are completed in a safe manner, complying with current regulations and adhering to Safety Operating Procedures held within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide guidance on mitigating risks
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Investigate incidents and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a safety management role
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
