Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming customers to the branch and taking an active interest in their projects.

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our product lines to offer advice and assistance to customers, aligning with our Jewson Values.

  • Assist in preparing customer orders, loading and unloading customer and supplier vehicles using a Forklift Truck to minimize manual handling (training will be provided).

  • Inspect incoming deliveries and report any missing or damaged products.

  • Maintain accurate stock levels in both the shop and yard areas, conducting regular stock counts.

  • Ensure the branch remains clean and tidy, making a great first impression on our customers.

  • Prioritize Health & Safety, demonstrating how you can keep yourself and others safe at work.
