About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Caterplus, a leading catering services provider in the care sector.

As a Catering Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Presentation: Ensure the kitchen and service areas are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked.
  • Menu Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with menus and food offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Customer Service: Offer a warm and friendly service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Working Pattern

This role requires working on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm.

  • Frontline Focus: You will be working directly with customers, so a genuine interest in customer service excellence is essential.
  • Team Player: You will be part of a close-knit team, so the ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues is crucial.
  • Catering Experience: While not essential, experience in catering and barista work is desirable.
