Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Warehouse Operative Picker Packer to join our team at Castle View Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Decanting products and loading trolley cages and pallets
  • Conducting quality inspections and reporting any issues to your supervisor
  • Performing manual handling tasks, including bending and lifting
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Shifts and Pay Rates:

  • 1pm-9pm / 12am-8am shifts available
  • Pay rates: £11.44 per hour for hours worked between 6am-6pm, £13.89 per hour for hours worked between 6pm-9pm, and £14.70 per hour for hours worked between 12pm-6am

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks
