Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Energy and Sustainability Expert to join our consultative sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for presenting and structuring comprehensive and integrated sustainability and energy offerings to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Blding new business pipeline
  • Developing target client list and building connections with prospects
  • Determining best method/tools to obtain prospect list
  • Fostering relationship with prospects
  • Creating strategy for regular and meaningful communication with prospects establishing trust and credibility in our market
  • Tracking progress within CRM system
  • Coordinating with Sales Operations to manage client proposals
  • Working with Service Line leaders to prepare pricing and negotiate new client contracts

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in the energy sector, preferably in origination, consulting, engineering, trading, procurement, or utility management
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to review contracts and identify key commercial terms
  • Demonstrated track record of success selling to large Commercial & Industrial companies
  • Commitment to teamwork and strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development.
