We are a highly respected consulting firm seeking an experienced Strategic Relationship Manager to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge Resource Management solutions to our esteemed client base across the Consultancy, Accounting and Auditing space.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Resource Management, working directly within the Big 4 or Top 20 Accountancy space. A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and senior leaders across our client base is essential. Strong communication skills, a charismatic personality, and leadership abilities are also critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across our client base.
  • Work closely with our internal C-Suite Leadership team to ensure seamless execution of our business strategy.
  • Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
