Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager to join our busy and expanding Newcastle office, supporting clients to deliver projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector across the Northeast.

This role will suit someone with a proven track record of delivery and an aspiration to progress their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver cost management services to clients in the Real Estate sector
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Inquisitive and problem-solving skill base
  • Demonstrable cost management experience working at a consultancy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
