As a seasoned professional in the field of conference and event catering, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Creating and implementing effective plans to achieve commercial objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  2. BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE LOYALTY AND RETENTION.
  3. MANAGING THE VENUE IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPASS GROUP UK & IRELAND STANDARDS, ENSURING EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE CONTRACT DELIVERY.

We offer a competitive salary, with estimates suggesting between £70,000 to £90,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits.
