About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Part-Time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our Home Owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the development and related activities, making a positive difference to the lives of our Home Owners
  • Managing the maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Organising activities and events for Home Owners, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
  • Providing a first-class customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
About You

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. You will have excellent administration skills, be computer literate, and have previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

You will be an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people and a passion for excellent customer service. You will be able to work independently, using your own initiative, and have good judgement and the ability to be calm under pressure.
